1. OFCOM
2. Avril Lavigne-sk8ter boi and Wheatus-teenage dirtbag Media language is the narrative mise-en-scene, camerawork/setting, soundtracks, difference explain e.g.
The documentary style mostly hand-held camera work, de-saturated colour and fast-paced editing in SB contrasts with more controlled camerawork, saturated colour and slower paced editing in TD. The linear narrative in TD follows the song, contrasting with the montage of preparation and performance in SB. Any other relevant exemplification.
Music videos use camerawork to differ from each other to reveal different moods and atmospheres in the music videos. They may choose to use naturalistic camerawork to show a professional stye.
In the music video i have studied a clear difference is seen in the use of media language through camerawork/mise-en-scene/narrative/soundtrack. Then explain and describe the difference in your videos
3. Radio producers target different audience through the content of their radio programming, local radio stations are only available on FM in the local areas although they can be accessed through an online presence. Local radio target a specific audience through their coverage of local events, weather and advertising local business opportunities. Radio producers target particular audiences and genre of our radio program this can be seen in the radio1 live lounge which uses and acoustic style to attract their audience along with a younger audience. This can be seen in Harry Styles performance where he appeared and performed a current hit to attract a younger audience then he covered a older track by Fleetwood Mac which would appeal to an older wider audience especially in the acoustic style.
4. Talk about an aspect that create representation- image, text, colour, setting. What representation is created. What does this suggest to the audience.
One the cover of Mojo magazine we can see that the image is
This image creates the representation of
This makes the audience think
5. Similar elements of media language different elements of media language uses examples for each. Sate whether they are similar or different because of genre conventions or music type. Do they reflect magazine conventions or music conventions? Use examples to support.

Mock dirt- The Lego Movie
6. The BBFC (rates ages in the uk), 'Games Rating Authority' or 'The Video Standards Council'- (Age rates video games in the uk).
7. Likely to be about media industries and theoretical framework.
2 reasons why they would release both film and video game, increase profit, strengthen brand, increase fan enjoyment, diversify the product so it increases the possibility of success.
8. Know the theory well-explain it (knowledge). Apply the theory to the film (understanding). Give specific examples from the film.

Uses and Gratification:
Entertainment: Escape the real world.
Personal identity: Identify with characters in the film, role models.
Surveillance: Gain understanding of the world .e.g. news info.
Social interaction: personal relations: Keep in touch via video game communities, or discuss the film
peers.
Blumer and Katz stated that media products were there for the audiences entertainment, they were for pleasure and to escape the real world. This can be applied to The Lego Movie. (pleasure, humour, escapism, provides a different world). We can see this specifically in the character. (Emmet- funny, breaks conventions, he lives in a Lego world that he loves).

9. How did the promotional campaign target a family audience? Posters, TV ads, Merchandise, Social media, Video games.
1) Accurate analysis of how the campaign appealed to a family audience.
2) Mention to media contexts- genre hybridity- Lego and DC, post-feminism in promotion, globalisation of product.
3) Full focus on the campaign element being analysed to target the audience-representations.
4)Poster- Colour palette, Lego figures familiar to all, Characters in the poster appeal to boys, girls  and adults.
5) Global context of the actors- famous globally attracts a wider audience.
6) Detailed analysis of representations created in the poster and how that attracts a family audience.
