1960s Cover one

  •
  • Stereotypical gender conventions are broken on the cover because the main image is a low angle close up on the image of the queen showing the 60s was a time of when a woman ruled the country. In the image she is shown as powerful while her husband is shown as less important in another image - this supports the idea feminism.
  • This image shows sexism because only the woman is being shown but it also shows changing attitude to sexuality because the image is quite racing.
